How Purchasing a building works
From the first contact to the day we deliver your building, here is what to expect when purchasing from Yoder's.

Choose Your Style
Choose from our different shed & barn models, garages, and carports online or visit one of our lots to walk through a model in person.

Customize Your Build
Pick from different sizes, siding options, roof colors, and additional options when you visit one of our lots or give us a call to speak with a representative to price out exactly what you want. (478) 375-4784
3.
We Build it
Once you decide on a building and make your first payment we will start on the build. Your building will be framed and finished with treated wood or metal.
4.
Free Delivery & Setup
When your building is complete we will schedule a delivery time and have one of our crews deliver & setup your building so you can use it the same day.
